MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Led by 2025-26 Most Valuable Performer
Jonathan Petit-Frere, the St. Thomas University Track and Field Team won the 2025-26 Sun Conference Men's Indoor Championship.
All-Conference Honorees:
- Arhunisto Volmar won the High Jump
- Landan Creighton won the Heptathlon and the Pole Vault
- Elijaj Smith finished first in the Long Jump and Triple Jump while placing third in the Pole Vault
- Kejar Stanfield took silver in the Weight Throw
- Jason Ravelo won the 60 Meter Hurdles
- Nichol Altheimer won the 200 Meter Dash
- Jimmy Baptiste won the 400 Meter Dash
- Kenzie Knowls ran the fastest 600 Meter Run
- Petit won the 1000 Meter Run finished second in the 600 Meter Run and 800 Meter Run
- Liska Schuvens took third in the 600 Meter Run
- Parker Doll won the 3000 Meter Run
- Edwin Ramos Vega took the gold in the 3000 Meter Race Walk
- The Men's 4x400 Relay of Jimmpy Baptiste, Kenzie Knowles, Malik John and Justin Weaver took the gold.
- The 4x800 Relay of Schuvens, Petit-Frere, Knowls and Darion Nelson finished first.
The Bobcats next take part in the NAIA National Championship, set to begin on Mar. 5 at the Alachua County Sports & Events Center in Gainesville, Fla.
